With a Ph.D. in Change Implementation and Facilitation, Dr. Lydia Moussa brings 10 years of change training and change facilitation experience to our workshops.
Lydia teaches the change topic in the Executive MBA at the University of Technology Sydney and has published her work in the Journals of Change Management, Implementation Science and is the author of 'Navigating the Chaos of Change'.
