WHO:

The Pharmaceutical Society of Australia

AIM:

The aim of the project was to provide the necessary tools and knowledge for healthcare professionals to increase inter-disciplinary collaboration and implement services to help their patients manage their heart failure.

WHAT WE DID:

• Co-designed a change implementation guide tailored to heart failure.
• Trained different healthcare professionals (general practitioners, pharmacists, nurses) in Western Australia on ways to navigate change in their practice.
• Provided in-house facilitation support to help teams design a service that is tailored to their patient and practice needs.
• Conducted follow-up calls and webinars to ensure continuity and sustainability of the service.

OUTCOME:

General practice clinics and pharmacies created new heart failure services that incorporated feedback from their entire team as well as from patients.

WHO:

Antares Solutions - a software development company

AIM:

To develop an adoption framework that can be used during the deployment of their software products to ensure end-user adoption

WHAT WE DID:

• We conducted change management training with their project managers, business analysts, change managers, software developers, and product owners to create alignment around adoption.
• Co-designed a change framework including collateral relating to communication, training, support, case studies, and more.
• Provided ongoing change management consulting to ensure the adoption framework is embedded in every implementation project.

OUTCOME:

The entire team is using the same language, everyone understands why adoption is important and how to create synergy between adoption and project management.

Clients have felt more supported due to the in-depth adoption approach and are more willing to use their products. 

WHO:

A number of Independent Colleges

AIM:

To determine and rectify their high staff turnover

WHAT WE DID:

• Explored the existing state, strategy, policies and processes, culture, and gaps according to various stakeholders within the colleges. 
• Highlighted common themes as per qualitative and quantitative data. 
• Found that processes were tedious and too much time was spent in repetitive administrative work by the staff leading to fatigue. 

OUTCOME:

Worked with the staff to find a solution and build consensus around the need for a software to minimise administrative work and centralise access to critical student information. 

WHO:

Nestlé Global Commercial Team

AIM:

To build resilience and adaptability in the Global Commercial Development Team (CDT)

WHAT WE DID:

• We conducted analysis on the challenges faced by the CDT in leading their commercial transformation within their respective countries. 
• Trained all the CDT Leads on Navigating the Chaos of Change. 
• Provided tailored coaching to each of the different global zones and their leads to navigate through their challenges. 
• Provided each of the CDT Leads access to our Platform to ensure they can track and monitor the changes they implement with their teams. 

OUTCOME:

Increased engagement across the globe by the CDT Leads. Tailored approaches to suit their different contexts. An empowered team to air and feedback their barriers and strategies.
