More than one approach: Traditional courses usually focus on one aspect of change- planning. However, we believe that for change to be successful and sustainable, teams need to do more than planning. Visual facilitation use: Our workshops we offer the inclusion of a visual facilitator who translates our workshop discussions into a visual storyboard so concepts can be etched in our participants' memories.
